As a solution to labor shortages, we are involved in the design and development of collaborative robots that can operate safely alongside humans without the need for a safety fence. These robots contribute to improved productivity and quality by reducing manual labor and minimizing human effort.
Using 3D scanners to measure shapes, we capture tens of thousands of data points, which helps to identify the root causes of defects and suggest solutions. This contributes to shorter development lead times and improved product quality.
P-Bas® (Punch-Bonding and sintering) is a method that offers advantages over metal 3D printing for producing complex metal components, such as mold components or machine parts. It bonds split parts or materials through pressure and heat, offering greater flexibility in material choice, along with superior strength.

- Automated dispensing system
- Dispensing refers to extracting a specified amount of liquid or powder (a sample) and transferring it to another container. Systems that automate the dispensing process are widely used in many fields, including food, clinical/medical testing, and drug discovery. While many devices require manual lid operation, the Punch Group's systems are custom-built to meet customer needs and designed with a sensor camera to recognize various lid shapes to open and close them automatically.
