F Coat is a composite surface treatment technology which greatly improves film adhesion based on conventional physical vapor deposition (PVD). It is also designed to bring out the maximum performance and durability of coated film by improving its impact resistance. After the base material has undergone special treatment to increase its hardness, the surface layer is coated with a TiCN film by PVD. The coated film is further treated to improve adhesion and durability. This provides the F Coat with a highly improved performance compared with conventional coatings. |

This is a new service designed to supply our customers with a set of Stripper Guide Pins having a designated clearance based on the measured diameter of stripper guide pins and bushings.
Features
The clearance between pin and bushing can be designated.
You can select either a 1 pin + 1 bushing combination (CS Type) or a 1 pin + 2 bushings combination (CW Type). For the 2-bushing combination, the bushing length is selectable.
